- developing the team roadmap and supporting technical direction. * Ensure new team members are onboarded, effectively contributing to the expected level and supporting existing team members to do their best work. * Coach direct reports through productive feedback, building on strengths and addressing areas of development. * Help the team learn, adapt and improve upon agile and lean methodologies. You’ll help the team understand and maintain a balance between delivery speed and product quality. * You’ll be responsible for the team’s
