Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the entire forecasting and budgeting process for the EMEA region and ensure strategic alignment.
- You will analyze the product mix, pricing, cost structures, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks early on.
- You will present complex information in an easily understandable way and create dashboards, KPIs, and financial reports for management.
- You will work closely with international stakeholders—from controllers to department heads—and ensure consistent financial planning.
- You will optimize forecast models, automate reports, and support the integration of SAP S/4HANA and Power BI.
- You will review business cases, challenge assumptions, and provide management with sound decision‑making tools.
- You will ensure smooth month‑end and year‑end closing processes within your region.
- You will actively drive the further development of reporting structures and the digital transformation in finance.
- You will coordinate cost allocations and intercompany reconciliations in an international environment.
Your Profile
- You have a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling or Finance.
- You have 5–8 years of professional experience in FP&A or Controlling, ideally in the B2B software or technology sector.
- You have experience in an international financial environment, ideally across multiple companies.
- You have advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO) – knowledge of SAP Group Reporting is a plus.
- You have a solid understanding of financial consolidation, variance analysis, and planning models.
- You quickly recognize economic relationships and can translate them into operational measures.
- You have a confident demeanor, communicate effectively with managers, and enjoy working in an international team.
- You work in a structured manner, think entrepreneurially, and act proactively.
- You are fluent in both German and English.
