Manager GBS HR Services - Mobility
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
Manage all aspects of the GBS Mobility Operations team within the HR Services framework, providing excellent services and business competence in all Mobility-related processes. Support the continuous enhancement of services by aligning with key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 6 to 15 people, ensuring team performance and execution according to KPIs and strategy.
- Monitor daily mobility/relocation requests, service delivery, vendor management, and team performance, ensuring standards are met.
- Lead team management activities including coaching, training, motivation, and performance appraisals, identifying improvement opportunities.
- Act as the first escalation point to resolve issues promptly, including root cause analysis and process improvements.
- Replicate best practices across countries and ensure documentation is updated.
- Ensure project and process delivery complies with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
- Maintain internal controls, identify efficiency improvements, and support audits.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders such as HR Directors, COEs, and other HR functions.
- Support the implementation of HR Services strategies regarding tools, programs, and processes.
- Participate in projects and create team goals aligned with GBS strategy.
- Develop and monitor KPIs and SLA metrics, maintaining data quality and confidentiality.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and integration of new team members.
- Ensure good stakeholder relationships and monitor customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily operations, manage escalations, and ensure quality and compliance.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to navigate complex organizations.
- Experience in leading HR operational teams.

- Analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Curiosity, growth mindset, and willingness to learn.
- Solid HR knowledge including Immigration, Mobility, and HR Administration.
- Understanding of legal regulations in European countries.
- Experience with SAP and HR systems.
Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in HR/Business Administration or similar.
- 5+ years of experience in HR Operations/Services.
- Experience in Mobility/Relocation is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in MS-Office applications.
