About The Role
We are hiring a Manager, Paid Search who blends strategic thinking, cross‑functional collaboration, and tactical expertise across Google, You
Tube, Bing, and emerging AI platforms. This role drives paid search, builds creative strategy, and leads account optimization for high‑growth consumer brands.
What You'll Do
- Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive paid media strategies focused on Paid Search to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- Conduct brand and website audits to identify market opportunities and position clients distinctively.
- Master paid search bid systems and market dynamics to deliver optimal CPA.
- Design innovative search strategies that blend traditional search, You
Tube, and emerging AI platforms. - Perform competitive research to inform acquisition audience targeting.
- Manage 6–10 paid media accounts with aggregate monthly spend between $20 000 and $3 M.
- Utilize platform managers and third‑party tools to generate insights for revenue growth and attribution.
- Track key KPIs (CPA, CAC, i
ROAS, n
CAC, MER, a
MER, CTR, CPM). - Apply industry benchmarks across the e‑commerce funnel.
- Make real‑time, proactive ad‑buying decisions to respond to platform trends.
- Develop quarterly client strategies based on performance metrics and projections.
- Research competitors and brand identity to refine creative and copy.
- Understand full‑funnel marketing to support healthy customer acquisition.
- Deliver forecasts and projections that inform quarterly strategy.
- Engage with e‑commerce P&L and financial metrics as needed.
What You'll Need to Be Successful
- Mastery of the e‑commerce funnel from ad to conversion.
- 4+ years of paid media experience, focused on Paid Search, especially Google.
- 3+ years managing paid search for clients with at least $400 k monthly spend.
- Proficiency in testing and optimizing ad copy and short‑form video creative.
- Expertise in creative consultation for successful Paid Social Ads.
- Data‑derived decision‑making and budget forecasting.
- In‑depth knowledge of key revenue drivers and reporting on CPA, CAC, i
ROAS, a
MER, CPM.
