We're looking for a motivated Manager PR & Corporate Communication (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team and drive the company to the next level. Being part of PR & Communication team for Portugal and Spain, you will have the most direct influence on our success. The role is based in Lisbon.

The candidate will be responsible for supporting and managing Public Relations and Institutional Relations across Portugal and Spain, reporting to the Communications Directors of both countries.

The role requires regular travel to Spain.

About the Role

• Develop & Execute Strategy: Support creation and implementation of local PA, PR & Communication plans aligned with global objectives
• Media Relations: Build strong relationships with journalists, influencers; manage press releases, inquiries, and crisis communications
• Content & Social Media: Create, adapt, and publish engaging content across channels; monitor trends, manage official social media accounts and ensure brand consistency
• Events & Partnerships: Assist in organizing press events, interviews, and manage partnerships to enhance brand visibility
• Monitoring & Analysis: Track media coverage, social engagement, and industry trends; provide insights and recommendations
• Reporting: Prepare reports on campaign impact, reputation analysis, and overall communication effectiveness
• Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with global and local teams to ensure message alignment and timely execution of Flix's business strategy

About You

• Experience: 3–5 years in PR, corporate communications, or media relations; prior agency experience is a must
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
• Languages: Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English is mandatory
• Core Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication (Portuguese, Spanish & English); strong media relations; crisis communication expertise; social media and digital tools proficiency; ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Technical Proficiency: MS Office, social media management tools, and media monitoring platforms
• Personal Attributes: Strategic thinker, proactive, adaptable, collaborative, and able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
• Mobility: Availability to travel regularly to Spain mandatory
