Manager, Product Integration and Consulting — Mastercard
We are looking for a Manager, Product Integration and Consulting to drive the expansion and adoption of our Consumer Clarity solution – a platform connecting customers, issuers, and merchants to achieve improved financial transparency, enhanced customer experience, and significant reductions in disputes, chargebacks, and operational costs. As a product and technical expert, you will be instrumental in the sales cycle helping issuers and merchants understand and realize this value, tailor the solution to their specific needs, secure the sale, and establish a foundation for successful implementation and lasting partnership. You will also influence the future direction of our product by identifying new opportunities, channels and partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with sales to understand prospect objectives, requirements, and pain points; deliver tailored product and technical demonstrations that highlight value.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on Consumer Clarity products, services, and underlying technologies to shape solutions.
- Develop and present solution proposals with clear ROI articulation and collaborate on business cases.
- Support the sales process by building prospect confidence and ensuring
- upon solutions are secured, including participation in RFPs, RFIs, SOWs, technical assessments, and POCs. - Establish and nurture relationships with technical and business stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Represent customer needs, market trends, and product feedback internally.
- Develop and continuously improve a
- sales playbook and collateral. - Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, marketing, and delivery teams for seamless communication throughout the sales lifecycle and facilitate a smooth transition from
- sales to delivery. - Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices and ensure confidentiality and integrity of information.
- Report suspected information security violations or breaches and complete mandatory security trainings.
All About You
- Ideally experience in sales solution consultancy,
- sales or solution architecture within financial services, Saa
S or ecommerce. Strategy or Technology Consulting is a beneficial background. - Experience with enterprise clients (issuers/banks) and merchants is advantageous.
- Strong grasp of system and application architecture, digital banking or merchant platforms, and the payments landscape. Knowledge of API, integration and UX design patterns.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions that resonate with prospects.
- Experience creating
- facing collateral including design artifacts and technical specifications. - Ability to showcase solution capabilities through engaging demonstrations and articulate value propositions to secure
- in. - Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
- Collaborative with sales teams and internal stakeholders; able to influence and build trust.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Willingness to travel regularly to meet with prospects and customers.
- Portuguese Language Capability.
