Play a pivotal role in transforming the way millions of consumers experience online payments. Help shape digital commerce, drive adoption of Click to Pay, and eliminate manual card entry.

Role

Responsibilities include:

• Drive innovation and shape the future of the Click to Pay experience.
• Advocate for customers, markets and regulation.
• Align strategic communication and partner engagement.
• Leverage data to inform and influence product direction.
• Be the voice of the product internally.
• Enable issuer market readiness.
• Build product mastery and market awareness.

All About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Analytics or related field. Advanced degree a plus.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in product management or strategy consulting, ideally within digital payments, e‑commerce, fintech or large‑scale platforms.
• Strong expertise in the digital payment ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of the European regulatory framework.
• Proven ability to shape product strategy and agenda.
• Excellent collaboration, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Analytical mindset and ability to develop practical solutions.
• Strong networker and effective decision maker.
• Excellent command of business tools such as Excel, Power
  Point and internal reporting tools.
• Comfortable navigating uncertainty in a fast‑paced environment.

English Language (plus a European Language Preferred)

• Proficiency in English required. Additional European language a plus.

Corporate Security Responsibility

• Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices.
• Ensure confidentiality and integrity of information accessed.
• Report suspected information security violations or breaches.
• Complete all mandatory security trainings as per guidelines.
