Commerce solutions and improving transaction authorization for digital transactions globally. The role is to develop brand new solutions that increase authorization performance and conversion rates for merchant, acquiring, and payment service provider partners, by delivering

Role
Drive the
-
- end product development lifecycle for new authorization improvement products, including gathering insights, outlining strategy, defining KPIs, mapping the customer experience, and partnering with Delivery and Technology teams to deliver roadmap capabilities. Develop program plans and workstreams, govern execution, and manage risks across dependent workstreams. Coordinate meeting cadences for working groups and senior leadership, and prepare materials (e. g. , memoranda, reports, presentations) for executives. Translate product strategy into a prioritized roadmap with
- defined user stories, features, and enablers that realize the product vision and support
- term competitive advantage. Leverage data, analytics, and market insights to drive recommendations that improve authorization performance, penetration, adoption, and strategic decisions. Design and enable solutions or digital transformation initiatives that enhance value delivery and responsiveness, applying strong project management skills. Work effectively in a matrix organization and influence global and local teams across Engineering, Finance, Market Development, Account Management, Customer Experience, Marketing, and other product teams.
Examples of customer pain points we address include declined transactions when hailing a ride, interrupted streaming service payments, and failed checkout experiences. This role supports a strategic,

Key Responsibilities
- Lead

- end Product Development lifecycle for new authorization improvement products, including requirements gathering, strategy, KPIs, customer journey, and collaboration with Delivery and Technology teams. - Develop program plans and
- team workstreams; monitor progress against objectives and KPIs. - Govern workstreams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Identify and mitigate risks, including interdependencies between workstreams.
- Coordinate meeting cadences and prepare executive materials (memoranda, reports, presentations).
- Translate product strategy into a prioritized roadmap with
- defined user stories and features to realize the product vision. - Use data and market insights to drive recommendations for increased penetration, adoption, and
- making; support new and existing strategic solutions to improve authorization performance. - Design solutions or digital transformation initiatives to enhance business value and responsiveness.
- Operate effectively in a matrix organization and influence multiple teams at global and local levels.
All About You
- Understanding of payment processing, authorization, and acquiring services; experience with an acquirer or payment service provider is preferred.
- Technical knowledge to discuss authorization performance, payment processing, and acquiring.
- Strong communication and collaboration with business stakeholders, engineering, and analytics teams at all levels.
- Excellent storytelling, written, oral, and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
