Manager, Product Management

Role
- Own and evolve the data strategy supporting product improvement across digital products, including wallets, tokenisation services, and enablement platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers to understand product value propositions and usage models, connecting this with data and translating insights into actionable product enhancements.
- Work functionally with Legal, Finance, Economics, and Implementation teams to ensure proposals are compliant, financially sound, and operationally executable.
- Lead
- driven decision making by strengthening our analytics, developing models, monitoring key drivers, and generating insights to support internal stakeholders. - Establish and maintain product performance dashboards to track adoption, usage patterns, and feature effectiveness across digital products.
- Leverage customer feedback data to identify friction points and opportunities for product optimisation.
- Develop predictive models and machine learning solutions that support product innovation.
- Drive continuous improvement in product governance, prioritisation, documentation, and transparency.
All About You
- Proven experience in product management and data analytics - ideally within digital payments.
- Strong data analytical skills with proficiency in writing SQL queries and advanced Excel skills, and experience with data visualization tools (e. g. Power BI and Tableau).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and geographies.
