It's with that in mind that Beyond is looking to add a Manager, Revenue Operations to our growing team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Strategy & Operations, you will lead a team of global Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success Operations professionals to scale a
- performance GTM engine powered by automation, AI, and clean data.
As a Manager of Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the

- day activities of the Global Revenue Operations team. You will help shape the processes, and culture around revenue operations and you will lead operational improvements that maximize
- line and
- line results for our global business. You will partner with Senior Leadership to strategize and analyze data to uncover business opportunities and enhance workflow processes.

As our Manager of Revenue Operations, you'll be responsible for:
- Optimizing Revenue Operations: Manage new business and renewal pipeline, revenue forecasting, territory definition, target setting, and incentive plan implementation across
- and
- sales functions. - Driving Reporting Excellence: Partner with our Rev
Ops Director and BI team to define KPIs, build reporting infrastructure, and ensure consistent analysis. Regularly review rhythms for Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Growth. - Ensuring Process Alignment: Lead process optimization and CRM enablement across our GTM teams, ensuring efficiency and alignment.
- Leading a High-Performing Team: Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to a global and
- functional team at the intersection of data, AI, and GTM Strategy, fostering a
- performance,
- improvement culture. - Leveraging AI & Automation: Identify and implement AI-powered tools and automation workflows that improve
- making, streamline revenue operations, and reduce manual overhead. Champion AI adoption across GTM, from forecasting to enablement and customer lifecycle workflows. - Supporting Financial Reporting: Own
- end close activities and collaborate with the Finance & Leadership Teams on monthly and quarterly reports, including board presentations. - Owning CRM Strategy: Manage our Salesforce and GTM Systems teams to design and optimize a
- term CRM and integration strategy (Salesforce, Hubspot, Gong, Churn
Zero, Chili Piper) that enhances intelligence, efficiency, and data accuracy.

- AI-Literate & Tech-Savvy: You stay ahead of the curve with AI capabilities (e. g. , GPT-based tools, workflow automation) and know how to implement and scale them within Rev
Ops workflows. You are proactive in testing, evaluating, and integrating tools that augment revenue operations and GTM productivity. - Process-Oriented: You are obsessed with optimizing efficiency across revenue operations. You lead process excellence, own Rev
Ops processes and documentation (knowledge transfer), and ensure alignment between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience functions. You are comfortable managing tactical requests and JIRA for smooth execution. - An Operational Excellence Champion:You are committed to delivering excellence. You pay attention to details, ensuring no problem is too small to address while seeking scalable solutions that benefit the business

- month reporting. - A Strong Communicator:You haveexceptional communication skills and are adept at building
- functional partnerships with stakeholders at all levels. You can clearly articulate ideas and drive initiatives forward with confidence. You enable GTM functions by managing training and delivering clear, actionable insights & instructions.
Now that we’ve told you what the job looks like, here are the qualifications we're looking for in a candidate:
- 7+ years in revenue or business operations within
- growth B2B Saa
S. - 3+ years of experience coaching, mentoring, and managing
- performing teams. - Proven ability to create insightful reports and executive presentations for Saa
S and
- stage companies. - Demonstrable experience applying AI/automation to solve operational and GTM problems (e. g. , forecasting, attribution, enrichment, enablement workflows).
- Proficient in using analytical tools, with SQL/BI experience as a plus.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC), Hub
Spot, and other key GTM tools such as Gong (trackers, playbooks, outreach Flows), Churn
Zero, Outlaw, and Chili
Piper. Certifications in Salesforce or Hub
Spot are a plus. - Willing and able to work from our Barcelona office 2 days per week
