Factors Employee Central. You will contribute to SAP-related engagements, helping clients transform their business and maximize performance through
- disciplinary agile teams and a range of SAP implementation services.
As a SAP Success
Factors Manager, you will deliver client service, analyze complex problems, and provide thoughtful solutions. You should communicate effectively, integrate into new teams, and build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
The opportunity
As a member of the SAP Consulting team, you will work on
- scale system projects and participate in advisory and implementation activities focused on SAP Success
Factors Employee Central solutions. You will guide configurations and support test cycles and rollouts, contributing to sales and presales activities as needed.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Identify customer requirements
- Prepare and participate in the execution of Iteration workshops for Success
Factors modules in coordination with global customers and colleagues - Implement, develop, and configure Success
Factors Employee Central solutions across multiple client engagements - Control and support of test cycles and rollout processes
- Participate in Sales and Presales activities
- Manage own work against the project plan to ensure a superior client experience
- Understand the client’s business, follow sector trends, and apply leading practices
- Diagnose problems, conduct analysis, and develop
- centered solutions - Present ideas clearly to instill confidence in the team and clients
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients from diverse backgrounds to leverage technology as a business enabler for employee experience

To qualify for the role you must have
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Information Technology, Social Sciences, Business Administration or related field
- Over 5 years of professional experience in SAP
- SAP Success
Factors for Employee Central Payroll certification - Strong interest in technology and its use in business processes
- Strong written and verbal English communication
Ideally you should also have
- Previous consulting firm experience
- Experience in international consulting environments or projects
