The opportunity
EY is currently enlarging its team with motivated professionals with experience in SAP Success Factors Employee Central.
As a member of the SAP Consulting team, you will contribute to SAP related engagements, helping our clients transform their business & maximize their performance.
Your key responsibilities
As a SAP Success
Factors Manager you will be a key resource on
- scale system related projects. In this role, you should be able to deliver quality client service, analyze complex problems and deliver insightful solutions.
- Identify customer requirements;
- Prepare and participate in the execution of Iteration workshops of the respective Success
Factors module topic areas in close coordination with global customers and colleagues; - Implement, develop and configure Success
Factors Employee Central solutions in a large range of clients; - Control and support of test cycles and rollout;
- Participate in Sales and Presales activities;
- Manage own work against the project plan to ensure a superior client experience;
- Understand the client’s business, follow sector trends and learn leading practices;
- Diagnose a problem, conduct analysis, and develop solutions for client problems;
- Present thoughts and ideas in a clear and composed manner to instill confidence in team and clients;
- Effectively interact with colleagues and clients of varying backgrounds to effectively serve clients, recognize technology as a business enabler to drive employee experience.

To qualify for the role you must have
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Information Technology, Social Sciences, Business Administration or other related field.
- Over 5 years of professional experience in SAP.
- SAP Success
Factors for Employee Central Payroll certification; - A strong interest in technology and its use in business processes;
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
Ideally you should also have
- Previous working experience in a Consulting firm will be appreciated
- Previous working experience in international consulting environments (or projects) will be appreciated
