- native solutions, and software development experience. You will help PMI adopt SRE practices to improve automation, resiliency, and maintainability of our data platform and collaborate with
- functional teams to ensure availability, performance, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts around designing, implementing, and managing observability solutions, monitoring, diagnosing issues, and providing insights to improve system efficiency.
• Improve automation, resiliency, and maintainability of the data platform through SRE practices.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to ensure availability, performance, and reliability of systems.
• Focus on troubleshooting complex problems and driving continuous improvements in system observability and reliability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in global organizations with ability to communicate with executives, leaders, and individual contributors.
• 5+ years of SRE experience with telemetry, observation,
  - healing solutions, and platform automation.
• Leadership: proven experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Passion for innovation and staying updated with industry trends and technologies.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and telemetry tools (e. g. , New Relic, Datadog, ELK, Nagios, Solar
  Winds, Prometheus, AWS Cloud
  Watch).
• Advanced understanding of Networking, CDN, and Cloud Platforms.
• Experience with tools such as Jenkins, Git
  Lab Actions, Git
  Lab CI, Ansible, Terraform.
• Expert in designing, creating, and supporting automation (Power
  Shell, Python, Ruby) for
  - checks and
  - healing capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
