What You’ll Do
- Own and deliver Strategic Projects.
- Take full ownership of transformative, global initiatives ranging from End‑to‑End process optimization, Integrated Forecasting, OB Process Transformation, Operations Finance Budgeting to the design and deployment of AI and Agentic AI solutions across all budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles.
- Champion the integration of automation and digital technologies, unlocking new levels of efficiency, accuracy, and insight for Finance and the business.
- Shape the Future of People, Processes & Systems.
- Define guiding principles and policies to set PBF&R processes, working closely with finance product owners and stakeholders.
- Lead the evolution of the PBF&R operating model by embedding best‑in‑class practices in organizational design, process standardization, and technology enablement.
- Align People, Process, and Technology pillars to maximize business value and future‑proof our finance capabilities.
- Collaborate and influence across PMI.
- Partner with Global Process Owners (GPOs), Finance Management Teams, cross‑functional teams, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify, design, and implement disruptive improvements that enhance the value proposition of Finance throughout PMI.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to identify best practices, technology, and opportunities for digital transformation.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing across the global PBF&R community.
- Protect and enhance Finance’s Value Proposition – ensure that every process and technology change strengthens Finance’s ability to provide actionable insight, guidance, and governance—cementing our role as a trusted business co‑pilot.
- Lead the development and implementation of the PBF&R measurement framework, ensuring robust performance tracking and reporting.
- Lead change and inspire others – drive change‑management efforts, securing buy‑in from senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Communicate the strategic vision and tangible benefits of transformation initiatives, supporting the adoption of new ways of working.
- Lead PBF&R communications for pilots, initiatives, and progress, ensuring transparency and engagement at all levels.
Data and Asset Leadership
- Lead PBF&R Finance data asset management, including definitions, standards, and processes to manage and use data intelligently.
- Work with GPOs and data stewards to define strategy and planning for the PBF&R data architecture.

Who You Are
- You have demonstrated expertise in the PMI Budgeting & Forecasting (PBF&R) process, with direct market experience and a strong understanding of PBF&R practices – key factors for success in this role.
- You have proven experience in finance transformation, project management, or process optimization within a global organization.
- You’re passionate about leveraging AI, automation, and digital tools to deliver business value.
- You thrive in complex, cross‑functional environments and are skilled at leading teams through change.
- You’re an excellent communicator and influencer, able to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable strategies.
- You’re driven by innovation, continuous improvement, and a desire to shape the future of finance.
