What You'll Do:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse team of Technical Account Managers (TAMs).

• Act as a trusted technical advisor for key client accounts.

• Guide clients through onboarding, implementation, and optimization.

• Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure clients maximize value.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve outcomes.

• Set team goals, track KPIs, and drive process improvements.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of people leadership experience.

• Client-facing experience in Saa
  S or digital marketing.

• Strong project management skills managing multiple accounts.

• Knowledge of web technologies (Java
  Script, HTML, CSS) and mobile platforms (i
  OS, Android).

• Excellent communication skills across technical and
  - technical audiences.

• Customer-first mindset and
  - solving skills.

• Fluent in English.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience managing European accounts.

• Experience building teams from scratch.

• Experience in a Saa
  S organization.
