The Role: Technical Account Management (TAM) Team Lead
As a TAM Team Lead, you’ll combine deep technical expertise with people leadership to deliver outstanding client experiences and drive team success. You’ll manage a
- performing, multicultural team while also acting as a Senior Technical Account Manager—guiding product implementation, resolving complex issues, and ensuring clients maximize the value of our solutions.
What You’ll Do
Client Success & Technical Leadership
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Dynamic Yield’s technical capabilities.
- Lead clients through implementation, onboarding, and ongoing optimization.
- Troubleshoot issues, provide strategic consultation, and ensure business value is realized.
- Partner with Engineering and Product teams to improve client outcomes.
- Develop documentation, tutorials, and resources to support customer education.
Team Leadership & Strategy
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor a diverse team of TAMs.
- Define goals, conduct performance reviews, and support career growth.
- Prioritize workloads, manage escalations, and track KPIs.
- Drive customer success outcomes such as renewals and upsells.

- Proven experience in technical,

S or digital marketing. - Strong knowledge of web technologies (Java
Script, HTML, CSS) and mobile platforms (i
OS, Android). - Demonstrated success in building and leading
- performing teams. - Excellent communication skills with both technical and
- technical stakeholders. - A

- solving ability. - Fluency in English, with the ability to thrive in
