The Role: Technical Account Management (TAM) Team Lead
As a TAM Team Lead, you’ll combine deep technical expertise with people leadership to deliver outstanding client experiences and drive team success. You’ll manage a
- performing, multicultural team while also acting as a Senior Technical Account Manager—guiding product implementation, resolving complex issues, and ensuring clients maximize the value of our solutions.
What You’ll Do
Client Success & Technical Leadership
Serve as a subject matter expert on Dynamic Yield’s technical capabilities.
Lead clients through implementation, onboarding, and ongoing optimization.
Troubleshoot issues, provide strategic consultation, and ensure business value is realized.
Partner with Engineering and Product teams to improve client outcomes.
Develop documentation, tutorials, and resources to support customer education.
Team Leadership & Strategy
Recruit, onboard, and mentor a diverse team of TAMs.
Define goals, conduct performance reviews, and support career growth.
Prioritize workloads, manage escalations, and track KPIs.
Drive customer success outcomes such as renewals and upsells.
Lead process improvements and strengthen
- functional collaboration.
What You Bring
Proven experience in technical,
- facing roles within Saa
S or digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of web technologies (Java
Script, HTML, CSS) and mobile platforms (i
OS, Android).
Demonstrated success in building and leading
- performing teams.
Excellent communication skills with both technical and
- technical stakeholders.

- first mindset and strong
- solving ability.
Fluency in English, with the ability to thrive in
