Managing Director Assistant (m/f/d)
For our location in Trofa, we are currently looking for a
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the Managing Director's agenda and schedule
- Contact and set up meetings with partners and state authorities
- Create and edit management presentations
- Organize and follow up on corporate governance
- Set up and coordinate appointments with external and internal partners
- Monitor the division's performance deadlines
- Create and track cost center and personnel reports
- Perform general secretarial and assistant tasks
YOUR PROFILE
- At least 5 years of professional experience supporting a managing director
- Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage
- Good knowledge of common Microsoft Office programs (especially Power
Point, Excel, and Word) - Good knowledge of SAP ERP / S4Hana
- Absolute discretion in handling confidential documents and processes
- Affinity for numbers and business contexts
