is a wellness brand under Vida Plena Hospitality, dedicated to making aromatherapy modern, joyful, and accessible. Founded three years ago, Ofa Karri has grown into a brand present in 16 countries, with over 80 resellers and consistently high customer feedback. Now, at a turning point, we are looking for a Managing Director with vision, drive, and solid experience to lead the company into its next chapter.

The Role

As Managing Director at Ofa Karri, you will take ownership of the company's operations, strategic direction, and growth. Working
-
- hand with the founder, you will lead the team, oversee business development, and drive the brand forward. You will bring structure, energy, and clarity while shaping the vision for Ofa Karri's future.

Your Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence & Strategy

• Lead and structure
  -
  - day operations, internal processes, and company priorities.
• Translate vision into actionable strategies and track progress.

Team Leadership & Development

• Supervise and support the Sales and Marketing Managers.
• Foster a motivated, empowered, and collaborative team culture.

Brand & Marketing Growth

• Drive awareness through digital campaigns, ecommerce, and retail partnerships.
• Take ownership of our D2C channel, transforming it into a key growth driver.

Business Development & Expansion

• Identify and activate new sales channels and international opportunities.
• Build brand collaborations and partnerships to scale the business.

Logistics & Financial Management

• Oversee suppliers, labs, and warehouses to ensure efficiency and smart inventory flows.
• Monitor product costs, margins, and update the business plan as needed.

Sales Performance & Metrics

• Define and monitor key metrics to track growth.
• Iterate strategies to consistently improve results.

Vision & Leadership

• Hold the
  - term vision and inspire the team with clarity and purpose.
• Bring fresh ideas while honoring the brand's DNA.

What We Expect From You

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, ecommerce, business development, or strategic management (experience in startups or beauty/wellness brands is a strong plus).
• Proven leadership skills: able to manage teams, align priorities, and provide clarity.
• Strong operational thinker with a structured approach to scaling businesses.
• Marketing & digital expertise, with a proven track record in growing D2C channels.
• Knowledge of international markets (especially Northern Europe, US, and Asia) is highly valued.
• Fluent in English.
• Based in Lisbon or London (Lisbon preferred).
