Senior Business Analyst

Location: Lisbon

Hybrid: 2-3 times a week in Lisbon

Type of Contract: Permanent Contract

Start Date: ASAP – before December

Languages Required : Fluent in English (B2) and at least intermediate French (B1)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer to join our client’s testing team and ensure the quality and reliability of
- critical applications. The selected professional will play a key role in both manual and functional testing , while also contributing to the validation of code components through unit testing in Java
Script environments.

✅ Required Skills

• Proven experience (3+ years) in QA testing , ideally within complex IT environments.
• Strong knowledge of manual and functional testing methodologies .
• Practical experience with Squash and JIRA for test management and issue tracking.
• Good understanding of unit testing frameworks , particularly Jasmin .
• Familiarity with Java
  Script-based applications .
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills.
• Fluent in English (B2) and at least intermediate French (B1) .

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and document manual and functional test cases using Squash .
• Manage test campaigns and issue tracking through JIRA .
• Perform unit testing using Jasmin in Java
  Script environments.
• Collaborate closely with developers and analysts to identify, reproduce, and resolve defects.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and tools.
• Participate in sprint reviews, test planning, and retrospectives to ensure product quality from early development stages.
