- Identify and share best practices and areas for improvement to enhance agent performance, internal processes, and
- Collaborate on the development and implementation of new quality control
- Create engaging coaching and training materials to address identified improvement opportunities and boost
- Deliver coaching and training on internal process improvements, new tools, and agent development
- Think critically about existing processes and suggest
- Develop and maintain
- specific onboarding plans to equip new hires for success in customer service**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**- Experience in a Quality Assurance role, with a preference for experience using Quality Assurance Management Systems. - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify potential process improvements from isolated incidents. - Excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex processes into clear and engaging training materials. - Adaptable and able to work with imperfect information, while motivating teams to implement process changes. - Positive attitude and able to motivate others. - Curious, eager to learn, and committed to continuous improvement. - Proficient in Google Workspace. **WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU**- Hybrid
