What You’ll Do

You will have the opportunity to work
- functionally with engineering and sales, and be part of the founding team. Your insights and expertise will drive production output, setting new standards in the machine tool industry and meeting our customers' demands.

What you need:

• Experience in managing teams in the field of Industrial Production (Minimum 5 years)
• Knowledge of process engineering and organization
• Excellent analytical skills and a willingness to think outside the box
• Willingness to collaborate
  - functionally within a startup environment
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
• Strong orientation towards customer service and problem solving
• Ability to work with competing priorities in a dynamic environment and openness to new challenges
• Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP)
