to join our team at the Lisbon Hub (Parque das Nações).
This role is a unique opportunity for a motivated professional to support our Product & Sales Marketing Communications function in creating impactful content, coordinating digital and event marketing initiatives, and enabling our commercial teams with the tools they need to succeed.

, you will act as the right hand to the Product & Sales Mar
Comms Manager. You will help execute

- day communications and marketing activities, manage digital platforms, and support key sales enablement initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and regular update of sales tools (e. g. , brochures, presentations, templates).
- Coordinate content publishing on Linked
In and other digital platforms. - Assist in showroom coordination and
- targeted product marketing events. - Collaborate with internal teams to maintain and update marketing materials and website content.
- Work with vendors and support onboarding, content preparation, and vendor management processes.
- Upload and organize materials within Hub
Spot, Salesforce, and Sales Enablement platforms. - Collect and consolidate information for case studies and regional success stories.
- Support the creation and distribution of internal product launch materials and updates.
- Collaborate on
- functional projects to strengthen communication across departments.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in sales support, marketing communications, or a related function.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a high attention to detail.
- Proficient in tools such as Power
Point, Canva, Hub
Spot, Salesforce, and Sales Enablement platforms. - Fluent in
Business English
and at least
B1 level German (spoken and written). - Additional language skills and experience working across cultures are considered a plus.
- Strong content development and formatting skills.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys supporting others and embracing new challenges.
