Reconciliation Officer
Adecco is seeking a Reconciliation Officer for a client in the financial sector. This role involves ensuring the daily control and monitoring of securities accounts reconciliation between Back Offices Operations and Custodians databases. The position requires adherence to the Group policy and aims to achieve departmental objectives and best practices. The Reconciliation Officer will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial data, interacting with various internal and external entities, and contributing to the continuous improvement of reconciliation processes.

What you will Do?
Perform daily reconciliation of securities accounts to ensure data accuracy;
Evaluate and update documented procedures to maintain completeness and accuracy;
Participate in knowledge transfer sessions and share best practices with team members;
Interact with internal and external entities to resolve unidentified entries;
Escalate unresolved items to the Team Leader and mitigate identified risks;

Your Skills:
Proficiency in financial markets with a strong understanding of industry notions;
Expert-level skills in Microsoft Office for efficient data management:
Excellent English language skills for effective communication and documentation;
Strong teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams;
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Business Management.
