Role Description

This is a
- time hybrid role for a Marine Biologist. Based in the Lisbon, the role allows for some work from home. The Marine Biologist will be responsible for conducting field work, studying marine ecosystems, analyzing and contributing to conservation efforts. Additional tasks include developing research projects, preparing scientific reports, and collaborating with other scientists. Input for end product is expected. It's about seaweed (Rugulopteryx okamurae), previous experience required

Qualifications

• Knowledge in sea resources studies
• Experience in Field Work and practical research, sometimes your hands spell really bad
• Strong background in Ecology and Marine Biology
• Excellent analytical and data collection skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Experience with conservation projects is a plus
• Master's degree or higher in Marine Biology, Ecology, or a related field
