Role Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and entrepreneurial individual to join a growing and successful knowledge broking and research firm. As an Analyst, you will act as the link between our clients and industry experts. You will be responsible for engaging directly with senior executives and clients, conducting online research, mapping sectors across various industries and geographies, and sourcing senior industry experts to address client questions. Your role will involve reaching out to these experts (often CEOs or CFOs) via phone and email to discuss projects.

This is a
- paced,
- facing role focused on results and revenue generation. Analysts develop skills in negotiation, professional communication, project management, and client service, paving their way to careers in commercial and operational leadership. Given the broad range of industries and geographies involved, analysts will develop a
- ranging knowledge across sectors.

With support from an established team and a high degree of autonomy, this position offers an attractive opportunity for capable undergraduates, graduates, or more experienced individuals to learn from industry veterans and grow quickly. Expect long working days, but also rewarding growth opportunities. High performers may manage teams and client portfolios swiftly.

Compensation

Analysts receive a base salary plus an uncapped,
- based profit share.

What We Look For

• Achieved a 2:1 or equivalent at undergraduate level; applications from all backgrounds are welcome.
• Outstanding verbal communication skills, with the ability and willingness to cold call and engage with senior executives across industries.
• Previous experience in
  - facing, sales, or business development roles is advantageous but not essential.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, competitiveness, and leadership qualities.
• Proven success and high involvement in extracurricular activities (e. g. , sports, societies).
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Fluency in foreign languages, especially European languages, is advantageous but not required; Portuguese is not necessary for our Lisbon office.
