The Role: The Market analyst will support international growth by conducting market research, analysing demographics and commercial viability, and maintaining a database of
- potential franchise markets. The role will also support creating
- entry decks to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct desk research into new countries, cities, and regions, analysing key indicators: demographics, affluence, wellness trends, competition, and viability.
• Create
  - entry decks and briefs to support stakeholder
  - making; update and localise franchise pitch decks and investment materials to fit each market.
• Maintain and update a live database of potential franchise markets and leads.
• Assist in qualifying franchise leads, conducting discovery calls, and preparing
  - up materials.
• Maintain CRM records and assist with pipeline reporting.
• Liaise with legal, finance, and operations teams to align on regional requirements.
• Support preparation of regional presentations and documentation.

The Person

• Based in Portugal, available
  - time (10–20 hours per week).
• BA / MBA student or freelancer interested in fitness, wellness, or franchising.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Power
  Point, and CRM systems; adept in AI tools and systems for time efficiency and search optimisation.
• Fluent in English – additional languages are a plus. Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Strong desk research skills, with the ability to synthesise territory, trend, and demographic insights into clear, actionable, and visually engaging outputs.
• Detail-oriented and methodical, with strong
  - management skills.
• Self-starter who can work autonomously and collaboratively in a
  - paced environment.
