Based in Lisbon, Portugal, this role is part of the Regional Office Europe serving as the contact point for Mitsubishi FUSO Truck and Bus Corporation. The candidate will support market strategies, business plans, and distributor engagement across assigned territories, coordinating with stakeholders to achieve business and marketing goals while ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of market management plans and annual business targets.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day operational tasks related to territory performance and distributor queries.
• Liaise with GDs for timely submission of monthly forecasts and track order pipeline.
• Assist in planning and roll‑out of market promotion campaigns and initiatives.
• Prepare regular performance updates, dashboards, and review presentations.
• Work in a multicultural environment with opportunities for international mobility and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Utilize MS Office tools and dashboard tools for reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 4-7 years of experience in commercial vehicles, automotive, or related B2B sectors.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with commercial vehicle product categories from light to heavy duty.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Japanese or other European languages is advantageous.
