Market Manager JD

• Build and progressively expand a portfolio of local hotel partners and assigned regional chains / international chains by negotiating and securing
  - win distribution partnerships, facilitating hotel onboarding, and owning Dida
  Travel’s day to day relationship with your hotels;
  
  
• Execute effectively based on KPI metrics (targets, goals and/or strategic objectives) set by the company;
  
  
• Engage with both individual hotels and hotel groups in your responsible destinations in order to achieve your targets
• Ensure that partner hotels’ product (content, rates and availability) is consistently optimized and competitive;
  
  
• Maximize sales for your hotel partners by providing relevant data insights and superior support services and collaborating closely with Dida
  Travel’s Yield / OP team, Sales Team, etcl
• Represent Dida
  Travel in the local market, build Dida
  Travel’s company profile with key local influencers (e. G. tourism bureau, hotel association, etc. ) and provide expertise to the local industry
• Educate Dida
  Travel’s colleagues on market dynamics and specific needs/requests from your portfolio
• Secure additional rates and rooms as and when Dida
  Travel chooses to offer additional product to Dida
  Travel’s customers
• Secure seasonal deals, evergreen and dynamic promotions within the guidelines set by Management to support the brands’ merchandising and marketing efforts.
• Responsible for
  - weekly optimization reports and monthly KPI review reporting to team leader or SVP
• Responsible for weekly conversation and monthly key hotels and hotel chain review with Yield / OP team.

Qualifications：

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of hotel contracting / hotel revenue & distribution experience. l
• Solid hotel revenue /
  - commerce / distribution background with proven record of handling major OTAs and online wholesalers will also be considered.
• Conscientious, quick learner, adaptable, Self-aware, accountable, responsible.
• Independent work ethic, ability to work remotely. l
• Car driving license
