- Build and expand a portfolio of local hotel partners and regional/international chains by negotiating and securing distribution partnerships, onboarding hotels, and managing

- day relationships; - Achieve targets based on KPI metrics set by the company;
- Engage with hotels and hotel groups to meet your targets;
- Ensure hotel product content, rates, and availability are optimized and competitive;
- Maximize sales through data insights, support, and collaboration with internal teams;
- Represent Dida
Travel locally, build relationships with industry influencers, and enhance the company's profile; - Educate colleagues on market dynamics and partner needs;
- Secure additional rates and rooms for Dida
Travel's offerings; - Manage seasonal deals and promotions within management guidelines;
- Prepare weekly reports and monthly KPI reviews;
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent;
- 3-5 years of sales or account management experience in the travel industry;
- Strong hotel revenue,
- commerce, or distribution background, experience with OTAs and online wholesalers preferred; - Problem-solving skills;
- Conscientious, quick learner, adaptable, responsible;
- Ability to work independently and remotely;
- Effective communication skills across various channels and levels;
- Team player with a desire to improve performance;
- Car driving license.
