Build and progressively expand a portfolio of local hotel partners and assigned regional chains / international chains by negotiating and securing
- win distribution partnerships, facilitating the hotel onboarding, and owning Dida
Travel’s day to day relationship with your portfolio of hotels;
Execute effectively based on KPI metrics (targets, goals and/or strategic objectives) set by the company;
Engage with both individual hotels and hotel groups in your market in order to achieve your targets
Ensure that partner hotels’ product (content, rates and availability) is consistently optimized and competitive;
Maximize sales for your hotel partners by providing relevant data insights, support services and collaborating closely with Dida
Travel’s internal stakeholders
Represent Dida
Travel in the local market, build Dida
Travel’s company profile with key local influencers (e. g. tourism bureau, hotel association, etc. ) and provide expertise to the local industry
Educate Dida
Travel’s colleagues on market dynamics and specific needs/requests from your portfolio
Secure additional rates and rooms as and when Dida
Travel chooses to offer additional product to Dida
Travel’s customers
Secure seasonal deals, evergreen and dynamic promotions within the guidelines set by Management to support the brands’ merchandising and marketing efforts.
Responsible for weekly reports and monthly KPI review reporting to the team leader

Qualifications：

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
Minimum 3 – 5 years sales/account management experience in the travel industry
Solid hotel revenue /
- commerce / distribution background with proven record of handling major OTAs and online wholesalers will also be considered.
Demonstrates problem solving skills
Conscientious, quick learner, adaptable,
- aware, accountable, responsible.
Independent work ethic, ability to work remotely.
Ability to effectively communicate to various levels and through a variety of communication channels
Able to work independently as well as be a strong team player, always seeking to improve team and organizational performance
