Market Operations Specialist

What you will do:
- Ensure billing of network access for electricity retailers and guarantee the billing of services, as well as the processing of service quality compensations.
- Monitor the billing process, ensuring compliance with SLAs and applicable regulations.
- Define and optimize processes, including functional specification and acceptance testing of support systems.
- Implement performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards for activity monitoring and reporting.
- Manage BPO activities, ensuring adherence to procedures, quality standards, and operational efficiency.

What are we looking for:
- Master's or bachelor's degree in
Management, Business , Industrial Engineer or another field relevant to the role; - Up to 4 years of professional experience;
- Process management and automation, including operational control.
- Requirements definition for the implementation of information systems, including validation and acceptance (preferably in Agile environments).
- Implementation of KPIs and dashboards for activity monitoring and reporting.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, with experience in reporting and data analysis tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, etc. ).
- Knowledge of SAP systems Familiarity with the Portuguese electricity sector.
