  What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle: from posting job ads to selecting the ideal candidate
  • Source and attract qualified talent using multiple recruitment channels
  • Screen CVs and conduct interviews to assess both technical and soft skills
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and ensure the best

  • Guarantee a positive candidate experience throughout the process
  • Maintain and update recruitment data in company systems

  What We’re Looking For:

  • Native or advanced level of German
  • Intermediate English (B2)
  • Previous experience in recruitment (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Excellent organization and time management
  • Analytical mindset and strong evaluation skills

  What We Offer:

  • Contract: 6-month contract with a 30-day trial period
  • Salary: €1300–€1400 (depending on experience)
  • Meal allowance: €7. 23/day
  • Health insurance
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
