**We are looking for a Recruiter (M/F)_Porto****Main Tasks & Responsibilities**:Providing the best talents by successfully using **Outbound **/ **Inbound **recruitment;



**Keeping track ofthe recruitment market development;



**Representing theteam in internal and external recruitment events;



**Improving the recruitment process and its metrics. ****Main Requirements**:Degree in Management, HR or Social Sciences;



**Experience of minimum two years in Recruitment;



****Track record of delivering in a
- paced growth environment;



****Other Requirements**:Good level of English - minimum B2 (mandatory);



**Knowledge of French would be highly valued;



**Willingness to learn and evolve;



**Good communication skills;
