Market Research Recruiter
JOB PURPOSE
The Recruiter role is a great
- level position for someone looking to start their career in market research, focusing specifically on identifying and recruiting senior
-
- business professionals, subject matter experts, and opinion formers to take part in confidential market research studies on behalf of leading organisations from around the world.
Full training and company induction will be provided. You will be required to identify, connect and collaborate with potential participants via online networks, email and phone.
This is not a sales role, but a
- focused position where your success will depend on your tenacity, creativity, communication skills and diligence. You must be willing to work 30 hours or more per week.
ROLE RESPONSIBILTIES
Core duties:
Identify: gain a strong understanding of our project specifications, to quickly identify the right professionals to invite and include in our market research projects for
- depth interviews, consultations, or discussion groups.
Engage: using strong communication skills and your understanding of the objectives of each market research project, to approach and engage effectively with senior professionals (across a range of sectors, (see and invite them to take part in confidential market research. Participants are often offered incentives for taking part in surveys.
Screen: carry out telephone screening calls to confirm that the professionals you’ve identified are suitable for each project, engaged, knowledgeable and will contribute strong feedback to each study.
Collaborate: work together with our internal departments to ensure that projects are delivered collaboratively with other members of the Desk Research team, on time and on budget.
Maintain: take ownership of participants you identify and contact, ensure they have a positive experience to encourage their involvement in future market research studies through considerate professional communication and by dealing with any queries swiftly.
Deliver: become familiar with and consistently hit performance, quality and productivity targets for the work that you conduct.
Other duties:
- Contribute to the development of the Desk Research department, including helping to refine processes, how best to approach participants, sharing knowledge with the wider team, and becoming familiar with the project lifecycle to anticipate and
- empt problems.
- Contribute to departmental assessments of alternative platforms and professional networks from which RONIN could source market research participants.
- Gain a good understanding of the market research process and of confidentiality requirements relating to GDPR and trade organisation best practice.
- You are expected to perform various tasks as necessitated by your evolving role within RONIN and its overall business objectives, as reasonably requested by your designated manager, the Managing Director or the CEO.
- You must read and ensure you understand the current versions of our policies and procedures and undertake to act in accordance with them at all times.
- You may be required to work at other locations in accordance with the responsibilities and duties of your role.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
- This is an entry level role and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Very good written and spoken English at a business level.
- Business level written and spoken language skills required in either German, French or Spanish.
- Confident and quick in the use of Microsoft products and similar systems.
- Ability to collect, analyse, and interpret data from various sources.
- Understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Evaluating data objectively to identify trends and insights.
- Ensuring accuracy when handling large datasets.
- Ability to compile findings into clear and structured reports.
- Online research skills enabling you to be efficient at finding and verifying data from reliable sources.
- Good time management skills, handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Previous experience in a research role is valuable but not essential.
- Familiarity with the sectors we typically researched (e. g. , finance, healthcare, retail).
- Experience with databases, social listening tools, and survey platforms like Qualtrics, Survey
Monkey, or Nielsen. - Background in analyzing competitor activity and industry trends.
- Experience with tools like Excel, SPSS, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
