Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor data quality (e. g. , timeliness, accuracy of daily risk indicators)
• Track trends, identify anomalies, and ensure alignment with internal standards
• Prepare materials and actively participate in monthly governance committees (e. g. , Data Management, Operations) to present KPI analyses, insights, and actionable recommendations
• Translate technical data into clear, executive‑level narratives for senior management
• Extract, analyze, and report on system incidents, including statistical deep dives to pinpoint inefficiencies or recurring issues; collaborate with subject‑matter experts to diagnose root causes and synthesize findings for leadership reviews
• Critically assess existing workflows (e. g. , Market Risk Stress Test indicators) to identify bottlenecks and propose scalable solutions
• Industrialise processes: automate repetitive tasks, enhance documentation, and provide daily user support (e. g. , troubleshooting, ad‑hoc queries)
• Champion innovative changes aligned with internal policies and regulatory expectations
• Analyse complex risk/financial datasets, deriving actionable insights for management
• Develop clear, impactful visualisations (dashboards, reports) to facilitate decision‑making

Qualifications

• Good understanding of market risk
• Solid IT background (Python primarily)
• Good understanding of stress testing techniques
• Good SQL skills
• Strong technical skills with Excel or Power
  BI
• Fluency in English
