We’re looking for a Market Risk Operations Analyst to join our team, based in Porto.

This role offers the opportunity to work close to market risk activities, with a strong focus on data quality, monitoring, and operational support. You’ll contribute to ensuring reliable risk information, improving processes, and supporting
- making through meaningful metrics and analysis, while interacting with multiple stakeholders across Risk and Business teams.

? What you’ll do:

• Monitor and analyze data quality metrics supporting market risk activities.
• Produce and maintain KPIs related to the quality and timeliness of risk data.
• Investigate data issues and coordinate with relevant teams to support resolution.
• Contribute to daily operational processes related to market risk reporting.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing and enhancing existing processes.
• Prepare and contribute to materials used in internal governance and committee discussions.
• Collaborate closely with risk analysts, system users, and other internal stakeholders.
• Participate actively in team deliveries, within an Agile working environment.
• Support onboarding and knowledge sharing with new users when needed.

? Technical skills you’ll bring:

• Solid knowledge of SQL.
• Strong command of MS Office tools.
• Basic knowledge of Python is a plus.
• Interest or exposure to financial markets and products (e. G. equities, bonds, derivatives).
• Familiarity with Agile ways of working is appreciated.
• Ability to work with data quality, controls, and operational reporting.
