LOCATION
This role is based in Portugal, with an office hub in Porto supporting a hybrid work model. Candidates should be able to commute to the office as needed.
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You will support initiatives to expand our market share and revenue in key cities, working with our experienced Dublin-based team and collaborating across departments to enhance our service excellence and promote our tools to property partners. The role reports to the Market Support Team Lead and requires a proactive,
- driven approach.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Respond to calls and emails from properties efficiently, meeting targets.
- Identify and convert potential leads into product adoption.
- Assist in onboarding new property partners.
- Coordinate with Customer Service and Commercial teams to resolve queries and explore opportunities.
- Maintain clear communication and report on action items.
- Ensure
- quality content management. - Follow up on new
- ups and onboarding. - Identify process improvements proactively.
- Work on a roster, including weekends and shifts as required.

- Highly motivated
