Role Description
The Marketing & Brand Manager is responsible for the consistent execution and coordination of KYBORA’s marketing and brand initiatives, ensuring
- quality delivery in support of business development, client engagement, and clear brand positioning.
It is a

Preferred Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in marketing, communications - preferably within consulting, M&A, life sciences, or professional services.
- Proven track record of executing marketing initiatives and delivering consistent,
- quality outputs
that support commercial and brand objectives.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and the dynamics of advisory or
- driven businesses. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear,
- structured, - and professional content.
- Hands-on experience with marketing and analytics tools such as Hub
Spot, Linked
In, X, CRM systems, and basic performance dashboards. - Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance, interpret results, and apply insights to improve
execution and effectiveness.
Specific Responsibilities for the Marketing & Brand Manager position:
- Marketing Execution & Brand Consistency
o Execute KYBORA’s marketing and brand activities across digital channels, content, and marketing materials.
o Apply and maintain KYBORA’s messaging, positioning, tone, and visual identity consistently across all platforms and outputs.
o Ensure marketing deliverables are produced on time, at high quality, and in line with agreed standards.
o Act as the central point of coordination for marketing execution to ensure clarity, consistency, and
- through.
- Content & Thought Leadership Delivery
o Support the development of marketing content that reflects KYBORA’s expertise, experience, and perspectives.
o Manage the editorial calendar and ensure regular, disciplined publication across Linked
In, X, the website, and other relevant channels.
o Coordinate the design, production, and publication of marketing materials, working with internal stakeholders and external providers where relevant.
o Ensure all content is clear, professional, and aligned with KYBORA’s brand narrative.
- Visibility & Commercial Support
o Support business development efforts through the execution of marketing and visibility initiatives.
o Assist in the delivery of campaigns and initiatives aligned with commercial priorities.
o Ensure campaign

o Maintain visibility on ongoing marketing activities to support coordination with commercial efforts.
- Events & Partnerships
o Coordinate KYBORA’s participation in global conferences, industry events, and partnerships to enhance visibility and credibility.

- Analytics & Performance
o Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators such as engagement, visibility,
and campaign activity.

o Share execution insights and observations to leadership to support continuous improvement in marketing effectiveness.
