Marketing & Communication Manager
Overview
We are looking for a Marketing & Comunication Manager/Coordinator for Lisbon.
As a Marketing & Communication Manager, responsible for setting and managing goals, defining strategies, and leading implementation plans for integrated Marketing and Communication initiatives. Involved in the launch and management of products, services, and brands, ensuring alignment with the growth and profitability objectives defined by management.
Responsibilities
- Create, develop, and implement strategic projects in corporate marketing and sales, including direct mail campaigns, digital marketing, social media, workshops, symposia, internal programs and events, advertisements, and commercial tools, strengthening brand awareness, credibility, and market presence.
- Define and execute branding initiatives, ensuring alignment with the vision and strategic objectives of management.
- Continuously manage brand identity, ensuring that products, services, and communications comply with established visual identity and brand standards.
- Collaborate with different departments to identify internal needs and translate them into marketing solutions that add value and efficiency.
- Supervise and optimize online communication channels, ensuring clarity, consistency, and innovation across all digital platforms.
- Act as a brand guardian, coordinating marketing strategy and representing the function across various business units.
- Plan, manage, and optimize the marketing budget, monitoring performance indicators, producing strategic reports, and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Structure and manage the annual marketing plan, translating goals into concrete results with a
- defined purpose. - Promote the application of quality policies in all department activities.
- Manage digital campaigns, including social media and other platforms, ensuring ongoing optimization.
- Create, manage, and optimize content for multiple channels (website, intranet, social media), reinforcing brand positioning and communication both internally and externally.
- Implement digital practices and strategies to increase the company’s organic and paid visibility.
- Organize and participate in events, trade fairs, workshops, and brand activations, promoting networking, engagement, and business opportunity generation.
- Analyze market and competitor data, identifying opportunities, trends, and best practices to support strategic
- making. - Monitor and enhance user experience, ensuring consistency and excellence across all touchpoints.
- Manage corporate communications and relationships with the press, partners, and strategic stakeholders.
- Monitor marketing and communication KPIs and metrics, reporting results to management and proposing continuous improvements.
Requirements
Technical Background Expected:
- Good Knowledge of English
- Good Knowledge of MS Office Tools and other applications related to Marketing and Communication
- Strong Writing and Communication Skills
- Education in Marketing and Communication or a related field
- Preferably 5 years of experience in similar roles
