Marketing & Customer Experience | UPNDO
Mission: Drive UPNDO’s marketing and customer experience strategy to accelerate user growth, increase engagement, and strengthen our brand presence in the social wellness space.
What We’re Looking For: We're looking for a marketing and customer experience lead who is:
Proactive and creative, full of ideas that spark real growth
Energetic and driven, with a strong desire to make a difference
A strong communicator in English (fluency required); additional languages are a bonus
Comfortable working in a

Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Success Conduct regular
- ins with clients and users (calls, reports, dashboards)
Implement user onboarding flows,
- app campaigns, and feedback loops
Manage support tickets and automate motivational messages
Optimize our engagement strategy using notifications, challenges, and events
Product & Engagement Coordinate with the Development team on Figma-based design implementation
Maintain and optimize the UPNDO events calendar and gamification strategy
Growth & Acquisition Plan and launch

Drive lead generation through A/B-tested seasonal campaigns
Support sales efforts with conversion tools and customer insight
Brand & Content Strategy Manage UPNDO's content voice across Instagram, Linked
In, and the app Newsfeed
Develop sales decks, newsletters, and case studies
Define quarterly content calendars aligned with growth goals
Reporting & Insights Own CRM flows, newsletters, and email automation
Monitor DAU, CSAT, NPS, open/click rates
Build and share dashboards for internal and client use
