You'll work closely with our leadership team on marketing and sales projects. We'll match tasks to your strengths and build on the skills you already have, while teaching you everything else you need to know. Your work might include:List Building & Lead Research
Identifying and qualifying potential clients or contacts based on criteria we provide (or that our clients provide for their projects)Using platforms like Linked
In Sales Navigator, Apollo, and similar tools to find the right people
Extracting, organizing, and cleaning contact data before importing into our CRMEnriching contact profiles and helping segment audiences for targeted marketing campaigns
Marketing & Content Support
Assisting with email marketing campaigns, Linked
In content, product/course launches, events, and webinars
Participating in planning and brainstorming sessions with the team
Setting up and managing automated email sequences in Hub
Spot and other tools
Drafting and personalizing outreach and
- up messages
Following up with engaged contacts via phone and email
Creating simple visual content using Canva or Figma like social media cards and presentation slides
Publishing content and tracking engagement across platforms
Community & Client Engagement
Responding professionally to messages on Linked
In and email
Building and maintaining warm relationships with prospective clients, current clients, and freelance communities
Helping organize
- building initiatives like surveys, feedback sessions, and informal chats
Sales & Client Onboarding Support
Assisting with onboarding new clients and answering inquiries about Magic Beans courses
Supporting negotiation processes and administrative
- up as needed✅ What We're Looking For
Required:Fluent English (B2 or higher)Strong communication skills: you write clearly, proofread carefully, and are confident making phone calls or holding video meetings
Organized and
- oriented: you can manage multiple tasks and follow through reliably
Proactive and curious: you take initiative, ask questions, and genuinely want to learn
Independent worker: comfortable working remotely and managing your own time
Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Sales Navigator, Hub
Spot, Canva, Figma, Google Sheets, or CRM systems (you don't need to be an expert in all of them, but you should have used some of these or similar tools)Experience with data scraping, collection, or cleaning
Nice to have (but not required):Additional languages: German (preferred), French or Spanish
Experience in marketing, communications, client relations, or sales roles
Hands-on experience with visual content creation (Canva) or video editing a strong plus
Background or interest in the localization industry
We're looking for someone who brings foundational technical skills and is eager to expand them. You should be comfortable with at least some of the tools and tasks mentioned above. We'll fill in the gaps and help you develop expertise in new areas. The Details
