What You’ll Do (Your Role & Responsibilities)
This role is a hybrid between Sales & Marketing, meaning you will work across both departments to build a seamless inbound sales engine that brings consistent and

Spot) Responsibilities
Develop and implement a CRM strategy to optimize lead management, automation, and reporting (Hub

Analyze and improve our sales pipeline to increase inbound conversions
Identify and remove bottlenecks in the buyer’s journey to improve

Organize and maintain a clean, structured, and effective Hub
Spot CRM
Work closely with leadership to develop sales automation and lead nurturing workflows
Marketing & Lead Generation Responsibilities
Develop and execute a
- driven inbound marketing strategy that drives
- quality leads
Optimize SEO (Search engine Optimization), content marketing, social media, and email campaigns to increase organic inbound leads
Implement lead scoring & segmentation strategies to ensure
- value leads are prioritized
Collaborate with the team to create compelling content (social media posts, landing pages, email sequences)
Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to continuously optimize campaigns
Who You Are (Skills & Qualifications)
3+ years of experience in inbound sales, digital marketing, or CRM management (Hub
Spot expertise preferred)
Proven track record of increasing inbound leads and optimizing conversion funnels
Strong analytical mindset – you can interpret data and turn it into actionable strategies
Creative thinker – you know how to craft compelling campaigns that attract and engage leads
Experience with SEO, content marketing, social media, and email marketing
Excellent organizational and project management skills – you can balance sales and marketing tasks efficiently
Familiarity with B2B marketing & sales strategies
