Role Purpose: Support the intake, organization, and delivery of marketing campaign content across global regions, ensuring projects are executed on time and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate campaign content intake, approvals, and delivery across regions.
• Communicate timelines and priorities with creative, production, and analytics teams.
• Track progress, manage updates, and flag risks proactively.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with project goals at each stage.
• Support client reporting and maintain documentation across campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in account, marketing, or project management.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communicator and relationship builder across teams.
• Experience working with marketing platforms and campaign workflows.
• Detail-oriented and dependable under tight timelines.
