What are you going to do?

• Design, implement, test, and monitor customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud using advanced segmentation;
• Define reporting requirements, track results, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement;
• Create content briefs aligned with CRO, UX/UI best practices, and gathered insights;
• Identify and resolve issues in journey implementation, whether related to content or flow;
• Ensure timely monthly sends for
  - automated journeys, updating and testing content as needed;
• Identify opportunities to improve and evolve both customer journeys and the overall use of the platform.

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Management, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing Automation roles;
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud , especially Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Personalization, and Data Extensions;
• Proven experience designing and implementing customer journeys based on behavior and preferences;
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing for email and/or landing pages, ensuring continuous performance optimization;
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights; proficiency in Excel (SQL knowledge is a plus);
• Portuguese language - Fluent or Native.
