Your next challenge
- Report/Assess the effectiveness of the overall digital marketing strategy. Help structure and visualize digital marketing team's efforts through appropriate KPIs and dashboards.
- Diagnose deficiencies in specific digital marketing channels and suggest adjustments to strategies and tactics.
- Help design, plan & execute a Journey and Conversion optimization Program to increase micro and macro conversion rates, improve users’ digital experience for all stakeholders (clients/ merchants/ consumers) along their whole lifecycle and impact positively business outcome.
- Apply/Align with global Competence Center toolbox and contribute to enhance knowledge of the Conversion Optimization global community.
What you’ll be doing:
- As a priority, increase visitor to prospect conversion rates to generate more qualified leads for our sales team. Manage the optimization of website experiences and conversion paths and key conversion points in the digital marketing funnel.
- Understand and drive digital marketing measurement efforts, in collaboration with external agencies and the digital marketing team.
- Deliver insights and provide actionable recommendations related to customer and prospect behaviour and cross channel digital marketing response characteristics.
- Identify gaps in the existing digital marketing data infrastructure and synchronization required for measurement and audience analytics. Working with Global Competence centre, propose enhancements and drive implementation of global competence centre recommended enhancements.
- Educate about appropriate tagging of the ecosystem and enforce implementation (incl. taxonomy).
- Use
- driven, quantitative and qualitative insights to design hypothesis and strong tests scenarios to ensure the continuous improvement of digital marketing activities. Ensure each test produces insight regardless of win or fail and document the process appropriately. - Manage analytics tools, as GA 360 and GTM, advising on how to configure goals, triggers, and other GA configurations required for tests.
- Keep abreast industry best practices, emerging trends and technologies on journey and conversion optimization.
- Provide clear direction to external agencies; Analyze & validate proposed operational plan; Control execution and quality of deliverables; Reprioritize tasks and deliverables as needed.
- Collaborate closely with digital marketing team, product team, regional competence centres and external agencies.

You’re a match
- Experience applying their technical and data knowledge to address business goals related to customer acquisition and media optimization
- Experience in working transversally in a matrix and global organization
- Operational &
- on experience working with Tag Management platforms & digital analytics platform as GTM and GA 360. - Operational &
- on experience in Journey and Conversion Rate Optimization with deep demonstrable knowledge of all aspects: defining tests, prioritization, setting up & launching, analyzing, implementing results. - Knowledgeable about interaction with additional system such as Marketing Automation & Orchestration technologies (Hubspot, Pardot as major ones among other).
- Experience working with digital marketing data including connecting different data sources, with ability to analyze, weights & process multiple source of data: qualitative (heatmaps, recordings) & quantitative (analytics).
- Strong grasp of ROI with an analytical mind to mine data for insights and generate hypothesis for constant and fast iteration testing.
- Organized and methodical in setting up processes to streamline testing cadence with a team of diverse skills.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing disciplines including a working knowledge of digital paid media testing and marketing automation & orchestration testing.
- Strong digital proficiency, knowledge of HTML, CSS and Java
Script is highly desirable. - Good understanding best practices for UI and UX for landing pages, applications, mobile, and desktop.
- Working knowledge with analytics data visualization tools (Data
Studio / Power BI) - Skilled in translating business questions into analytics requirements, and ability to transform data into business recommendations for technical requirements.
- Successful experience in driving agencies.
- MS suite, with very good command of excel.
Education Requirement:
Master’s degree in a related field (e. g. , Digital Marketing, Human-Computer Interaction, Statistics)
Work Experience Requirements:
Min 3 years of experience in different digital marketing disciplines, reporting and implementation experience including technical and data aspects
Languages:
Mandatory full working proficiency in English
