The Team
The Revenue Management team shapes how Marley Spoon invests in growth. We’re looking for a Marketing Analytics Manager to join us in Lisbon and help steer budgets, optimise investments, and unlock smarter growth. In this role, you’ll work alongside Marketing and Data & AI teams, analysing performance, improving processes, and refining the frameworks that guide our biggest investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the marketing investment planning process, analysing multi‑channel spend, creating forecasts, and driving recommendations to optimise ROI.
- Develop and refine LTV models and frameworks to guide sustainable customer growth.
- Conduct root‑cause and ad‑hoc performance analyses to identify efficiency and growth opportunities.
- Implement and evolve the incrementality curve methodology, deepening our understanding of marketing impact and channel ROI.
- Partner with the Data team to improve attribution models and design incrementality tests (A/B, geo‑lift) to improve its accuracy.
- Lead weekly investment steering discussions, providing data‑driven recommendations that influence marketing and finance decisions.
Your Profile
- 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, revenue management, strategy, finance, or growth analytics in a high‑growth or top‑tier environment.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, fluency in spreadsheets. Experience with BI platforms (e. g. Looker) and SQL is a plus.
- Proven ability to partner with cross‑functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills: able to translate complex data into actionable insights and clear business recommendations.
- Advanced Google spreadsheet modelling skills; ability to build dynamic forecasting and scenario‑planning tools.
- Strong sense of ownership: self‑driven, results‑oriented, and proactive in improving processes and decision‑making.
- Business‑fluent in English (written and spoken).
