Main Responsibilities:

• Help bring Draycott’s marketing and communication strategy to life;
  
  
  
  
• Create content for social media, newsletters, email campaigns, and other digital channels;
  
  
  
  
• Support with managing and updating the website content;
  
  
  
  
• Work closely with internal teams, partners, and suppliers to roll out marketing and communication initiatives.

What we're looking for:

• A degree in Marketing, Communication, Management, or similar;
  
  
  
  
• At least 1 yearof experience in a similar role — you’ve already had some
  - on marketing experience, maybe through an internship, a side project, or a previous job, and you’re comfortable working independently when needed;
  
  
  
  
• A sharp eye, analytical thinking, and attention to detail;
  
  
  
  
• Experience withsocial media, email marketing, and content management;
  
  
  
  
• Good at stayingorganized, managing your own time, and handling multiple tasks;
  
  
  
  
• A genuineinterest in areas like private equity, venture capital, innovation, and business;
  
  
  
  
• Bonus points ifyou’re familiar with design tools like Adobe, Figma, or Canva — not a must, but definitely a plus!
