What you’ll do:

• Creating visually appealing pitch decks and slides for presentations that align with branding guidelines and capture the attention of key stakeholders.
• Managing and optimizing the company’s Linked
  In profile, creating content, and engaging with the audience to enhance visibility.
• Develop and execute dynamic marketing strategies that align with our business goals, ensuring we reach the right audience and attract
  - quality leads.
• Monitoring website performance and optimizing SEO, along with leveraging Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to enhance lead generation and ensure our content reaches the right audience.
• Managing internal communications to ensure consistency across all channels and teams.
• Organize and coordinate company events and team activities, creating a collaborative and engaging work culture.

What you bring to the team:

• A solid background in digital marketing and communication strategy.
• Previous experience in a B2B company in the energy domain is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in design software like Power
  Point and Canva (Adobe Creative Suite knowledge is a plus).
• A deep understanding of social media platforms (especially Linked
  In) and how to use them to grow brand awareness and engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and optimize it for SEO and GEO.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive,
  -
  - learn attitude and a willingness to tackle new challenges.
• A collaborative mindset and a desire to contribute to a small team environment.
• Native or fluent proficiency in English.

Experience is important, but we prioritize individuals who are passionate about
