Our Opportunity-to-Cash business line provides a variety of transactional and digital services - from lead generation to the collection of incoming payments. We also provide services related to Quotation, Offer and Contract Management, Order Management & Logistics, Cash Collection, and much more!

Your mission will be…

This role involves to coordinate customer interactions across digital channels, executing communication campaigns, and drive engagement, adoption, and satisfaction with internal tools and services.

• Promote IT initiatives, tools, and services to internal stakeholders in a clear, engaging, and
  - focused way;
• Ensure users have positive, productive experiences with IT systems, tools, and support;
• Coordinate
  - functional initiatives and ensure timely delivery of programs;
• Receive and process customer requests, guaranteeing proper
  - up;
• Manage customer interactions effectively;
• Stakeholders coordination internally and externally;
• Monitor campaigns performance and maintain accurate records for stakeholder reporting.

We are looking for someone with…

• Experience in digital marketing, management, or sales support;
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools such as Planner, MS Teams, and Share
  Point;
• Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Portuguese and other European languages is advantageous;
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple priorities;
• Data driven mindset with attention to detail and a focus on process improvement;
• Familiarity with Siemens internal tools and processes;
• Experience with lead scoring, segmentation, and campaign analytics.
