Job Description
We are looking for someone highly motivated to work in the back office, coordinate the logistics of the events and give some support in the Marketing department. Among other tasks this young professional will be responsible for:
- Answering emails and phone calls with requests from clients, doing visits with clients, providing quotations to clients, preparing contracts and issuing invoices, preparing the suppliers and events information, supporting the clients through the whole process prior to the event and helping out during the event with normal or unexpected issues; collect feedback from suppliers and clients after the event, promote excellent relations with the clients;
- Furthermore, this person will also be supporting the marketing manager by:
- Developing relevant and engaging content that can be used across Social Media;
- Designing posts for social media;
- Promoting Ads;
- Supporting management of branding and communication.
Candidates Profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Events Management, Hotel Management or Business Administration.
- Understanding of Digital Marketing (Google and Meta Ads, Google analytics, Canvas, Figma)
- Basic understanding of Events and Events Business.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Organizational skills.
